ArtEye is a visual art search engine. Snap a photo of a piece of 2D art (drawing, painting, print, or photograph) and get its story and products matching its likeness (e.g., prints, posters, books). ArtEye is a great companion to have in an art gallery; it's even more handy when museum-hopping as a tourist during trips abroad.

Please note that this app was only released to the public for demonstration purposes. Although the proprietary image matching system is robust, the current source of images for matching is the public Internet (i.e., only well known works are likely to generate matches). We are looking to partner with a large museum or art gallery.
