Good Citizen from TotalMobile encourages Citizens to get involved in the day to day care of the things they care about in their area. Good citizen includes mobile applications and a cloud service which helps local authorities to sustain citizen engagement for the long haul. More to follow. This mobile app is currently in a working BETA model and will be submitted to mobile stores mid-December.
