SwiftKey uses TouchType’s breakthrough artificial intelligence technology to predict the next word you want to type, before you even press a key. It also uses powerful machine learning breakthroughs to get to know you - as words and sentences are chosen over time, predictions are made in your writing style, to boost the accuracy, fluency and speed of prediction.

SwiftKey was downloaded over 250,000 times during a two-month beta between July and September 2010. The full version of the app was launched on September 23 and was the top paid app on Google's Android Market for over a week, seeing 50,000 sales in that time.
