WiMP is a music streaming application available for computers and mobile phones. Users can stream or download any album or track from a cloud based solution.

WiMP is currently available for Windows, Mac, Linux, Android, iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad and Logitech Squeezebox.

Developing the service, Aspiro focused on simplifying music discovery, providing editorial and user generated playlists, recommendations and promotion of music edited by our editorial staff. The service features integrated information from Last.FM, reviews and "PopScores" aggregated from newspapers.

Social features enable users to share favourites with friends through Facebook, Twitter, MSN, etc. Mobile users can enjoy the service in offline mode to avoid costly data charges or poor coverage. WiMP has streaming agreements with all four major labels and a wide range of small and independent providers. Localization to the market, for instance in Norway in cooperation with Telenor and Norway´s number one music retailer Platekompaniet, is also a key factor.
