woices is an app that allows citizens to record audio comments and attach them to a precise location in the city and share them.

woices.com is an open and free service that allows any citizen to record an audio speech or comment (what in woices is known as an 'echo'), locate it on the map and make it available to other woices users. These other users can use the app to detect which interesting echoes they have around their location and listen to them to enhance their visiting experience.
woices provides web 2.0 features such as ratings, favorites, profiles, etc.
woices is completely open and democratic app citizen can use it fill Barcelona with echoes, that will flood the city with augmented reality audio information.
woices is available for iphone, android and Blackberry devices and is completely FREE.
