Blaving is a Vocal Social Network that allows people to record 2-minute messages with their own voice and to share them with everybody else. The winner for the best Windows Phone app is… Settings tile!

Settings tile is an application that allows you to create custom shortcuts in the main screen of your Windows Phone device. In this 1.0 version you can create shortcuts for the following settings: Wireless, Bluetooth, Airplane mode, Cellular, Custom. For each tile, you can customize: Background color, Text on- off, Text Color, Text content, Select a Picture (among 4 images), Image colour, Size of image. The app is on free promotion until the next update.
