Call for Apps from Italian Developers – AppCircus Milan

As part of the AppCircus Tour 2010, we will be showcasing Italy’s most promising apps made by Italian developers, we encourage that anyone can apply from any part of the World as long as you are able to make the trip to the event.

So if you are around or near Milan (or would like an excuse to visit the city), make sure you submitt your App to AppCircus so it can be judged by a jury to present as part of AppCircus Milan, which is taking place at MobileMonday Milan on the 11th of October 2010.

The event will be part of the Innovation Festival of Milano; so you will have a chance to pitch in front of Bloggers and Media correspondents but most importantly cutting edge innovators from Milan and Italy. Do not miss this chance to be part of a great event.

How to apply for AppCircus Milan 2010.

Participating is FREE, the only thing that you need to do is fill out our application form in AppCircus and put all the information needed by the jury; remember to post a video describing your mobile app, as well as screenshots from the mobile application and the URL of your app.

This will be an opportunity to show what you have been developing under the platform of your choice, it can be a Windows Mobile Application, Android app, iPhone app, Symbian Application, RIM app, we are a cross platform application showcase; the more diversity the better!

Deadline for app submission is the 8th of October, so you still have time to participate in AppCircus. You will have a chance to be part of a Global community of developers and connect with them.

AppCircus launches 2010 Tour

Roll up! Roll up! For the AppCircus 2010 Tour. Step right this way, there’s one coming to a city near you.

AppCircus (, the unique global travelling showcase of the most innovative and creative apps, today announced the launch of its 2010 Tour. Over the next four months, it will be setting up in most of the major cities across all the continents. There are more than 40 AppCircuses confirmed so far and more are coming through everyday. AppCircus is teaming up with some of the world’s most influential mobile and tech events and developer communities to allow creators and designers to showcase their applications.

AppCircus is free and open to any developer with an app. Sign up at for a chance to present for three minutes in front of potential customers, investors, media and peers. But wait, there’s more! Win the popular vote at the AppCircus and your app will be nominated to present at the Mobile Premier Awards in Barcelona, during the Mobile World Congress 2011. On top of it all, you’ll get a fantastic app description online you can share with customers and partners.

AppCircus is an open event format, so If you’re an event organizer and would like to set up an AppCircus in your city – 30 to 45 minutes of app pitches within your event – it’s quite simple. AppCircus takes care of the set up: Creating event pages, application signups, helping you with communications and selecting a jury and even choosing the winner through mobile web.
