AppCircus on Health with MEDICA brings in the crowds

The first AppCircus dedicated exclusively to the growing market for medical apps attracted an enthusiastic response from the crowds at the MEDICA event in Dusseldorf. Attendees saw a wide range of applications for health and fitness, including solutions to use mobile technology to test for heart attack symptoms, give nutritional advice and to help health professionals offer a better service to their patients.

Over 200 visitors crammed into the hall at the MEDICA event to watch the presentations with participants showing great interest in the possibilities for medical apps to revolutionize the way we interact with medical services and diagnostics through smart mobile technology. After a close event that saw pitches from app makers from different countries the eventual winer was Doctoralia, with Handyscope taking the second prize.

Congratulations to all the participants for taking part in this exciting event.
