AppCircus opens a global call to app developers to showcase their Mobile HTML5 Web Apps.
We’re joining with AppsFuel to find the next generation of apps built with HTML5. This is a great opportunity to get your app out there and be a part of the HTML5 revolution.
By submitting your HTML5 app to the competition and AppsFuel Marketplace, you will gain access to the AppsFuel carrier Carrier Billing Platform to process inapp payments. Giving you the ability to start monetizing apps independently of your location.
Appsfuel also offers free hosting for your app as well as design support and global visibility. The winning app will also get the chance to participate in the Mobile Premier Awards !

Who can participate?
All HTML5 Web apps optimized for mobile or tablets
Publicy accesible apps submitted to the AppsFuel store.
What are the Rules ?
Apps must be developed using web technologies, HTML5, JS, CSS and be optimized for Smartphones or tablets
Apps must be active and should be submitted to the AppsFuel marketplace and to the AppCircus platform.

Notes
All participating apps need to be published on a valid URL, which means applications should be freely available on the web. We are not accepting web sites or any other native applications.
AppsFuel is particularly looking for mobile web apps that make use of advanced features provided by HTML: canvas, geolocation, audio/video, web storage, SCS3 and more.

The HTML5 App Challenge is open to all developers with a publically-accessible HTML5 app optimized for mobiles or tablets. You need to submit your app by December 20th.

AppsFuel HTML5 Appp Challenge Competition Rules
Competition dates:
The app submission starts on December 4th, 2012 and ends on December 20th, 2012
The online voting will end on December 26th, 2012
Qualifying apps:
Apps must be developed using web technologies, HTML5, JS, CSS and optimized for Smartphones or Tablets.
Apps must be active and publicly accessible with their own URL (or hosted on AppsFuel).
Apps must be submitted to the AppsFuel marketplace and registered in AppsCircus, including description, title. icon and URL.
Submission process:
Registering and submitting your app in AppCircus is open to any developer, professional or business startup (the app must also comply with the competition criteria)
Registration and membership to AppCircus and AppsFuel is free
Participants must add their app to their AppsFuel and AppCircus Profile before participating.
Participants can register more than one app.
Your app will be validated within 3 working days.
The winner will be posted on the AppCircus Blog on December.

Eligibility
Apps must be developed using web technologies, HTM5L, JS, CSS and optimized for Smartphones or Tablets.
Apps must be active and publicly accessible with their own URL.
Apps must be submitted to the AppsFuel marketplace; including description, title and icon.
Developers must sign up to the AppCircus platform and add their app profile.
Apps must be finished. Apps including messages such as "work in progress", "this page does not exist or will be available shortly" are not allowed.
Apps may be a "porting" of websites, but must have been purposely developed to include an interface optimized for mobile.
Restrictions
Apps must comply with the following policies:
No sex nor gambling
No "trial, demo, test" versions allowed.
No apps designed for marketing purposes only.
Apps can be linked to a brand, but must also contain some kind of feature, i.e playful.
