Last saturday the latest AppCircus edition took place in Nairobi, and the result is a magnificent selection of pitches and apps that show how interesting the Kenyan scene is.

We want to warmly congratulate our winner Msema Kweli and and our runner up Hewa. Congratulations for your work and contribution!

Msema Kweli is a mobile application that helps keep track of Community Development Fund projects. It does this by putting the power of keeping track and commenting on the projects in the hands of any person. It then allows you to be able to share the same project to your contacts via SMS, email or on social media platforms.

And Hewa is a cloud-based, mobile music marketing and distribution platform for Kenyan artists and record labels to sell their music online while providing Kenyan music lovers with easy access to local music while on the go.

A big shout out to the organization, thank you to all the participants, visitors and collaborators!

Remember that if you could not make it to the final you can always re-submit your app to any other AppCircus edition around you, so take a look at our calendar to check if you can re-enter soon!
