Appcircus is back in London! After the great success met in 2012, Appcircus flies back to the UK capital for an epic pitch night. Creative and ingenious app developers will meet on December 11 in Google Campus London to showcase their latest top trending apps.
When: Thursday, 11 December 2014, from 18h00 to 21h00
Where: Google Campus London, 5 Bonhill St, London EC2A 4BX, 3th Floor
How it works: 10 entrepreneurial developers will pitch their Android app live on stage in front of a jury of top Experts. The winner will receive a nomination for the Mobile Premier Awards 2015, the largest cross-platform app showcase in the mobile industry, and a point of reference for apps
and startups during the Mobile World Congress.

Rupert Whitehead, is Developer Relations Regional lead at Google, responsible for UK, Ireland, Nordics and the Netherlands. He runs the Google Developer Groups and Google Developer Experts programs in the region and his main focus is to help developers and startups become more successful with Google's APIs. Prior to Google Rupert worked at Nokia and Symbian and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
Christian Jochnick, is the co-founder of Fanmode, an IoT enabled fan-engagement platform aimed at creating a shared expression of emotions for global sport fans and integrate them into the match-day experience at the Stadium by facilitating a real-time representation on the big screens. Christian has led two successful rounds of funding amounting to $3m, built a full-stack team 10 engineers and established a number of strategic partnerships on both the commercial and the technical side of the sport industry eco-system.
Daniel Appelquist, is the Open Web Advocate for Telefónica where he leads developer advocacy activities as part of the Firefox OS group. He also plays a leadership role in web standards as co-chair the W3C Technical Architecture Group and he is active in the IETF and the GSMA. He’s co-founder of the “Over the Air” hack day series and he was an original co-founded of Mobile Monday in London.
